
Anchal Srivastava
Anchal leads carbon project development and climate strategy across TGL's portfolio, with a background spanning architecture, urban planning, and climate consultancy. Her focus areas include voluntary carbon market solutions, industrial decarbonisation, plastic credits, and ESG advisory. Her earlier career included master planning work with the Town and Country Planning Organisation, New Delhi, India, and remote sensing and GIS training from IIRS, ISRO, Dehradun, giving her a spatial, systems-level lens on climate and land-use questions. She has also contributed to sustainability publications and served as an editor for a book volume on renewable and sustainable energy.

Rohan Sarma
Rohan is a social scientist with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of business, society, and sustainability, advising public and private sector leadership on embedding sustainability into core practice. His work spans national policy engagement, including India's ESG standards process, and participatory research with vulnerable communities. He has served as an expert on India's national ESG standards drafting committee under the Bureau of Indian Standards, and has advised industry bodies including the Confederation of Indian Industry on CSR and sustainability strategy. His academic background includes a bachelor's degree from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, and a master's from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

Vishnu Das M
Vishnu brings cross-sector experience spanning sustainable agriculture, circular economy design, and CSR strategy, with an MBA in Sustainable Development from Nalanda University.
His field-first approach draws on work with farmer-producer organisations in India and policy-exchange platforms in Thailand and Turkey. His sector experience also spans international development work with GIZ, UNGC, and Amazon's CSR programmes, alongside earlier experience in supply chain and procurement consulting across the Middle East banking sector. He holds a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma and completed a certification in CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) fundamentals.

Tathagat Moitra
Tathagat specialises in impact assessment and forest and land-based development, holding an MBA in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management.
His experience spans CSR impact evaluations across multiple states and hands-on forestry fieldwork with the Kerala Forest Department. He has led a large-scale impact assessment of the National Bamboo Mission across six districts in Madhya Pradesh, involving several hundred farmer surveys, and has worked on CSR impact assessment for a major infrastructure client across six locations in India. He is proficient in tools including KoboToolbox for primary data collection and JASP for statistical analysis.

Toyiba
Toyiba works at the intersection of environmental compliance and social impact, with a chemical engineering background from NIT Srinagar.
She has led CSR impact assessments across geographically and socially diverse regions of India, including tribal and conflict-affected districts. Her assessment work has covered clients in technology, housing finance, and financial market infrastructure, using OECD-DAC-aligned evaluation frameworks. She also brings several years of prior experience as an environmental consultant in the healthcare sector, where she introduced tracking systems that improved biomedical waste recycling outcomes.
